The magazine brings together 23+ community service projects, including tree plantation, donations, education initiatives, awareness programs, school activities, member events, awards, and various Rotary Club meetings and ceremonies.

Managing and organizing 23+ Rotary projects, meetings, ceremonies, awards, community initiatives, descriptions, and images from the Notion sheet while maintaining consistency and making the large volume of information easy to present in a magazine format.

- Used Notion as the central content management sheet to organize project names, descriptions, images, and notes.
- Structured and reviewed the collected information before designing.
- Converted the Notion content into professional magazine layouts using Canva.
- Created dedicated visual sections for projects, events, meetings, awards, and community initiatives.
- Used the original photographs provided by the Rotary Club to maintain authenticity.
- Applied consistent Rotary branding, typography, colours, layouts, and visual hierarchy throughout the magazine.
