— Aesthetics Clinics
Sparkzen Digital Solutions designs websites for aesthetics clinics, cosmetic and skin clinics, medical aesthetics practitioners and injectors. Each site is built to help a careful, well-researched client understand your treatments, trust your practitioners and book a consultation from their phone, with booking integration, clear treatment pages, responsible before-and-after galleries, genuine reviews, fast mobile pages and local SEO.
We work remotely from Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India, with clinics in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, the UAE and Europe. You can also see our full list of website services.
— What you get
01
Most aesthetics clients want to talk before they commit. We connect your site to the booking platform you already use, such as Fresha, Phorest, Pabau or Timely, or embed its widget, so clients can book a consultation or a returning treatment in a few taps. If your platform takes deposits or sends reminders, that keeps working exactly as it does today. Book buttons stay visible on every page.
02
A long menu of treatment names doesn’t help anyone decide. We build a dedicated page for each treatment you actually offer, for example skin consultations, dermal fillers, skin boosters, chemical peels, microneedling or laser hair removal. Each page explains what the treatment involves, who it may suit, downtime and aftercare, and how to book a consultation.
03
Aesthetics advertising is tightly controlled. In the UK, for instance, prescription-only medicines such as anti-wrinkle toxins can’t be promoted to the public, and cosmetic interventions mustn’t be aimed at under-18s. We write treatment pages around consultations and plain, balanced language, and you or your compliance adviser keep the final say on every claim.
04
Clients want to know who will treat them. We give each practitioner a proper profile with their background, qualifications and registrations, such as GMC, NMC or GDC numbers and memberships like JCCP or Save Face in the UK, state licensing in the US, AHPRA registration in Australia, or DHA or DoH licensing in the UAE.
05
Results photos are persuasive, so they need care. We build galleries you can update yourself that show only cases where you hold the client’s written consent, use consistent lighting and angles, avoid filters or retouching, and carry honest captions explaining that results vary. Australian clinics can follow AHPRA’s stricter guidance, and we can keep images off key pages if your regulator prefers.
06
Reviews do a lot of the selling in this sector. We bring your real Google reviews and testimonials onto the site, make it easy for happy clients to leave one after treatment, and link your Instagram so prospective clients can see your recent work without leaving your brand behind.
07
Most clients find a clinic from Instagram or a search on their phone. We design for small screens first: large tap targets, one-tap call and WhatsApp buttons, compressed images that stay sharp, and pages that load quickly on mobile data, even with a full results gallery.
08
People search for “aesthetics clinic near me” or “skin clinic in [your town]”, and more now ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Perplexity for recommendations. Before launch we set up page titles, meta descriptions, clinic schema markup, a sitemap, consistent clinic details and clear question-and-answer content that search engines and assistants can understand. We don’t promise rankings; reviews and competition matter too.
— How it works
01
Discovery: a video call or WhatsApp chat about your treatments, clients, booking platform and goals.
02
Planning: we map the treatment pages, the consultation journey and the quickest route from search to booked appointment.
03
Design: a clean, premium design that reflects your brand and helps clients feel confident before they visit.
04
Development: a fast, responsive WordPress site you can update yourself, with booking, forms and galleries connected.
05
SEO setup: titles, schema, sitemap, local content and speed checks completed before launch.
06
Launch and support: we go live, check everything on real devices and offer optional monthly support.
Most clinic websites go live in 3–5 weeks, depending on how quickly your treatment details, practitioner profiles and consented photos are ready. Every quote is itemised, with no vague packages.
— Our work
We haven’t published an aesthetics clinic project yet, so we won’t pretend otherwise. These two live builds show how we handle enquiries, mobile-first design and a polished brand feel. For other appointment-led sectors, see our dentist website design and driving school website design pages.
A lead-focused website for an export business handling around 400–500 WhatsApp enquiries a day.
— FAQs
At minimum: easy consultation booking, a page for each treatment you offer, practitioner profiles with qualifications and registrations, a consent-based before-and-after gallery, genuine client reviews, clear aftercare information, one-tap call and WhatsApp buttons, and fast, mobile-first pages.
Usually, yes. Platforms such as Fresha, Phorest, Pabau and Timely offer booking links or embeddable widgets, and we can place them on your site so clients book straight into your diary, with your existing deposits and reminders unchanged. If your system doesn’t offer that, we can build a consultation request form that emails your team.
Yes, as long as you have each client’s written consent and the images are genuine, unfiltered and fairly captioned. We’ll build a gallery you can update yourself, and we recommend checking images and wording against the advertising rules for your country, such as ASA and CAP guidance in the UK or AHPRA guidelines in Australia.
It depends on where you practise. In the UK, prescription-only medicines can’t be advertised to the public, so clinics usually promote consultations rather than the medicine itself. We’ll write cautious, consultation-led wording, but we’re not legal advisers, so final responsibility for compliance stays with your clinic.
Most clinic websites from Sparkzen Digital Solutions go live in 3–5 weeks. Larger sites with many treatment pages, several locations or custom integrations can take longer. The biggest factor is usually how quickly your treatment details, practitioner profiles and consented photos are ready.

Yes. We build on WordPress, so your team can update treatments, opening hours, practitioner profiles and gallery images without coding. If you’d rather not, our optional monthly support plan covers updates, backups, performance checks and small improvements.
